What to know before you open
Payouts on the 15th and 28th of each month · minimum ฿500 (smaller balances roll over) · only for orders received by the buyer and past the return window, paid directly to your shop account (starts when payments go live).
You handle the quality, authenticity, shipping and returns of your own products.
Buyers can open a claim within 7 days of delivery (wrong/defective/not received/counterfeit) with both photo AND video evidence recorded from the moment of unboxing only · you respond within 2 days · if unresolved, the Laaklaai team mediates · funds are held until the claim is closed.
⚠️ You must film one continuous, unedited video from the moment you open the parcel — no unboxing video means no claim can be filed.
Ship within 3 business days and enter a tracking number · past the deadline the order is auto-cancelled and the buyer refunded · repeated non-shipment/cancellation leads to warnings and suspension.
Shops and products are reviewed by an admin before going live.
No illegal goods, counterfeits or obscene content — filtered + admin-reviewed; violations are removed or blacklisted.
Cosmetics / hair-care / consumer goods require a Thai FDA (อย.) registration number by law.
